Dan & I are going to both be appearing this weekend at C2E2 at McCormick Place in Chicago. This is our biggest convention, and the one that I have been looking forward to the most. We are going to be appearing with our little band of friends in Booth #1629 – Outfit Comics. So come by and check us out if you’re going to be there. It’s going to be an amazing time! And if you can’t make it to C2E2, you can still buy a copy in one of these fine stores!

This weekend, we are getting our first copies of the Empty Grave back from the printers! We are going to have copies of the book for sale at Northwest Indiana Comic-Con on February 23rd for $5, so if you want a copy of the book you can pick it up there.
The rest of our order was delayed because of Chinese New Year, which unfortunately includes the books for our Kickstarter backers. Those copies will arrive in a couple of weeks, and then they will be distributed to our backers immediately. We will also have copies for sale through the website here, and we will then be selling the digital copy of the book as well!
Technically, the book went to the printers last week, but still! The Empty Grave volume 1 is officially being printed and will be ready for our upcoming conventions and to send to all of our wonderful Kickstarter backers. We couldn’t have done this without all of you, and you are truly the best. I’ll provide an update when we have the copies of the book in.
On a personal note, we were confirmed today for an appearance at C2E2, a convention that is hands down my favorite convention that I have ever been to. I’ve attended every C2E2 as a fan, and to go this year as a comics professional really is a dream come true. I’ll see you guys April 25-27th in McCormick Place!
Next month, Dan and I are going to be making our Comic Convention debut, and presenting the first copies of The Empty Grave to the public at the Northwest Indiana Comic-Con. Located in Schererville, IN, the con takes place on February 23rd from 10am – 6pm. And the best part? Tickets are only $6 for adults! It’s going to be a really fun time, and hopefully everyone can make it out.
Here’s the link for more information.
For Dan and I’s convention schedule, click here. We will be adding dates as we get confirmation from more cons.
So first off, sorry that I haven’t been able to update the website in a while. Things have been very hectic for us, and we had to deal with some unfortunate setbacks in our quest to get the first volume of The Empty Grave out to everyone. So I would like to apologize for that.
The BIG news is that the book is going to the printers, and we will have it to distribute to our Kickstarter backers and all of our fans in a couple weeks! As soon as the book is back, we are going to set up an online store where you can purchase the book, get a digital copy, buy prints, and other stuff! Keep an eye out for that in February!
We have some updates to the website (finally) that I would like to share with you all. Sorry for the delay in getting these up, but you can find all of this cool new stuff including:
Thank you once again for all of your support. Dan and I are so excited to have this book out to you guys in just a couple short weeks!
I’ve got two new preview pages for you guys, and the chance to introduce two very important characters.
John Chance is the undertaker in Gallup, NM. He is in in love with Annabelle, and gives her support in her career as a bounty hunter. Chance and Annabelle grew close because she “is the closest thing [Chance] has to a repeat customer”.
Annabelle and Chance
Agnes “Granny” Collins is the matriarch of Haven Springs, a safe haven for murderers and thieves. Her and her “children” are a dangerous force that Annabelle has to deal with.
